Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery time is 6–12 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delays may occur due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Delays & Responsibility

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, Skinvest is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs or logistical disruptions

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
